In case the goods are not to your liking or if the size is wrong, simply:

1) Send written notification by email to info@metalandgrete.eu with your name, surname and order number within 14 days of receiving the package. We advise you to use the “Withdrawal form” that we have prepared and that you can download here.

2) Within 14 days from the communication you will have to send the item back to the address: Via Ponte Lambin 5 38010 Andalo TN

3) Once the parcel has arrived at our premises, we will check that the article is in the condition in which it was sent at the time of the order, and, if everything is in conformity, we will refund the method of payment used within 14 days.

Please note that if you have requested a customised product based on your specific needs, you will not be able to return it unless the product is faulty, broken or has anomalies that prevent you from using it.
